At its core is a micro-precision lenticular lens array, meticulously calibrated and laminated to a silicone base. Different graphic layers are aligned beneath these lenses. When the angle of view changes, the lenses refract light to reveal alternating images—creating a smooth transition or "flip" effect. This is not a film applied on top; it's an integrated optical system.
The effect is built upon a soft, dimensional silicone that provides both a premium tactile quality and structural integrity. We formulate this silicone for superior elasticity and recovery, ensuring it moves with stretch fabrics.
The entire unit—lens, silicone, and adhesive—is fused during manufacturing. This monolithic construction, combined with optimized application parameters (160–165°C for 12–14s), delivers a bond that resists peeling and survives over 50+ industrial washes (AATCC 61) with no image degradation or layer separation.
